Central Corridor Light Rail Transit
Final EIS and Phase I ESAEVS staff researched and wrote sections for the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS). Sections included, 'Safety and Security', 'Hazardous /Regulated Materials' and 'Acquisitions and Displacements/Relocations'. Other FEIS support work included the categorizing and formatting of over 900 public comments received through public testimony, email, and written letters.
Under a separate contract, EVS assisted with the Phase I ESA for the CCLRT. EVS staff performed detailed Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) file review for known contaminated sites along the corridor. EVS also provided hazardous materials site rankings and recommendations for additional Phase II ESA work for high potential sites.
