Phase I and II ESA for University of Minnesota Real Estate Office
EVS performed a Phase I ESA for three lots, with old houses, on one block near the University of Minnesota campus. The three lots had suspected contamination on-site and known contamination on the adjacent properties. A Phase II ESA was conducted to sample and analyze the soils and determine if a historic fuel oil tank was present. The Phase II also included sampling and testing of the interior of the houses for hazardous materials and liquids.
