EVS redesigned the entrance road and internal roadways to improve geometrics for posted speed limits and sight lines. Important project goals were to preserve the forested areas and adhere to a consistent design theme.In addition to the roadway work, EVS designed a subsurface drainage system to control flooding of the Cargill Lakehouse Tunnel. EVS designed a small pumping station to remove water from around the foundation.
