I-Storage Self-Storage Facilities
EVS performed civi/site design and surveying services for the architect and contractor for 50,000 sq ft of rental storage units with surface RV parking. The four acre site in Shakopee was unique in that the city required zero discharge to the storm sewer thus requiring onsite retention of all stormwater. Services included stormwater management, utilities, coordination with the city, grading plans, and site layout.
