Lino Lakes Retail Outlots
EVS performed civil/site design services including grading and utility design for the remaining outlots adjacent to an existing Super Target and Kohl's in Lino Lakes, MN for Ryan Companies. The outlots occupied 4 acres and consisted of several smaller buildings totaling 25,000 square foot. 125 parking spaces were incorporated into the site.
