Ridgedale Regional Center Expansion
EVS performed engineering and surveying services for two phases of this project.Phase I: EVS provided civil/site design work for major expansion of the existing facility. Primary project features consisted of major building addition, new two level parking ramp, reconfiguration and expansion of entry drive and parking lots, redevelopment of open areas and development of new loading dock access road requiring high retaining walls.
Phase II: Hennepin County selected EVS to provide civil engineering services for improvements to the Hennepin County Ridgedale Library parking lot. EVS designed the parking lot expansion and improved the parking lot layout for traffic circulation. Topographic survey of entire site was included as part of the work.
