Northstar Commuter Rail
EVS worked with the North Star Rail Authority as part of the design team for the North Star Rail Corridor. EVS provided topographic and construction staking for the North Star Corridor at the numerous stations. EVS also provided land acquisition services at the following station sites: Big Lake, Elk River, Ramsey, Anoka, Fridley and Downtown Minneapolis.
