Topographic Surveys

The Foundations of Progress

For many projects, the first phase often involved a topographic or boundary survey.

A topo survey is a site map showing the features of a site with contour lines. Features often include structures, utilities, ponds, or anything that may affect the design on the site. A topo is often utilized by engineers or contractors who need detailed information about site grade and elevations, and features.

A boundary survey establishes or recovers boundary lines or sets/replaces the property corner markers. Boundary surveys are usually required when subdividing land, disputing land or property lines, or constructing an addition to your home.

EVS takes pride in knowing that private land owners, government agencies, engineers, architects, and contractors rely on EVS to provide topographic and boundary surveys for their projects.
