Preliminary & Final Design for TH 41 & 169
Mn/DOT selected EVS to provide preliminary and final design services to reduce delay and improve safety for the increasing traffic levels on TH 41 at TH 169. The improvements included raised channelization, access closures, frontage roads, drainage, turn-lanes, and signal revisions.EVS developed final construction limits and prepared a construction limits map for Mn/DOT so that the right-of-way process could begin at the end of the preliminary design phase. This allowed Mn/DOT to meet a very aggressive schedule to get the project let and constructed at an early date.
